About Biothane: All of our products use Biothane®, a brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. This polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating makes our products more durable, waterproof, easy to clean, and stinkproof.

Sizing: Please ensure you measure your dogs neck size prior to ordering. To get the most accurate measurement, use a flexible measuring tape and wrap it around the part of the neck where you would like the collar to sit. We will not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size is selected. Selecting the correct size is the responsibility of the owner.
